To provide a safe sanctuary to retiring thoroughbred racehorses through professional care and rehabilitation in accordance with TAA standards.  This includes lifelong health care, nutrition, veterinary care, dental and  hoof care.  To promote to the public the positive virtues of the sport of horse racing through CTRF.
